ONE OF THE BEST CITIES IN THE WORLD

London is one of the most distinctive cities in the world, and the amount of things you can experience once you are there, is endless. HERE’S SOME OF OUR FAVOURITE NIGHTS OUT.

Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club

Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club has been a symbol of London and the birthplace of British jazz since 1959. It's one of the most prestigious music venues in the world, and it's hosted performances by everyone from Stan Getz, Buddy Rich, and Donald Byrd to Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, and Art Blakey.

Ronnie Scott's is located in the vibrant Soho neighbourhood, which is famed for its nightlife.

The club is easily accessible by Tube on the Bakerloo, Northern, Piccadilly, and Central lines, with neighbouring stations Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly Circus, and Leicester Square all being within five minutes' walk.

During the week, the upstairs Ronnie's Bar hosts live music ranging from acoustic jazz to Cuban bands, poetry slams, jams, and more. For a paid event, go downstairs to the main jazz club; make a reservation ahead of time to avoid rejection at the door.

Soho Theatre is the one of the most active producer of new theatre, comedy, and cabaret in London.

The Soho Theatre, located in the creative hub of London, is one of the country's busiest venues, with a year-round festival programme of theatre, comedy, and cabaret, as well as a lively bar. They're a buzz of writing, workshops, showcases, meetings, and events by day, and a swarm of audiences and artists see the work and have a good time by night.

Soho Theatre hosts around 2,000 shows each year. Soho Theatre Upstairs is where they present intimate, unusual, and daring work; Soho Theatre Downstairs is where they provide New York meets Berlin comedy and cabaret; and Soho Theatre is where they present strong new theatre, opera, musical, dance, and comedy.

Genesis Cinema - Luxury Studio

In national accolades, Genesis has routinely outperformed the competition. It consistently broadcasts all of the summer blockbusters, as well as a regular schedule of cult classics, re-runs of old performances, and live streaming shows like Danny Boyle's Frankenstein.

In the heart of London's East End, Studio 4 and Studio 5 provide a luxurious cinema experience. Customers can relax in comfortable sofas and armchairs in the 42 and 40 seats, respectively (complete with blankets and Ottoman foot-stalls). Before the main film, these elegantly furnished screens offer service from an in-screen bar, which serves a variety of drinks and snacks.

The screen, which is the perfect size for a comfortable and intimate watching experience, is available for private bookings in addition to screening a mix of special events and the cinema's regular programming.

The Ned - Live music at the Nickel Bar

The Ned

From morning to night, The Nickel Bar at The Ned Hotel, owned by Soho House delivers a variety of traditional American fare and classic beverages. The Nickel Stage, on the other hand, hosts live performances on a daily basis, ranging from jazz trios to New Music Mondays' upcoming bands.

Jazz standards are performed by musicians from a central bandstand, which has drawn Tinie Tempah, Gary Barlow, and Paloma Faith in the past. Fortunately, the acoustics in the bar allow for easy discussion while seated on leather high stools.

The stage has daily live music from musicians, vocalists, and bands, ranging from jazz trios that pay homage to The Ned's 1930s history to 'New Music Mondays,' which features up-and-coming performers.

The Nickel Bar is known for its drinks, which include everything from international whiskies, rums, and agaves to classic spirits, wines, beers, and ciders, as well as champagne.
