The Barrecore Method

If you associate ballet with tutus, swans sugarplum fairies, you might find a barrecore class a bit of a wake up call, not only for your mind, but for your muscles as well. This is no ordinary class; it’s a well honed workout that will get you likely more toned than you’ve ever been (four classes is the sweet spot for serious body sculpting to noticeably take shape).

This unique Barrecore Method is an efficient, safe and intelligent way of exercising your body and It contains elements of ballet, yoga and pilates. The secret lies in exhausting your muscles with carefully choreographed low-impact movements that bring your body into the famous "Barrecore Shake".

THE Barrecore Method

Barrecore is an unusually effective and efficient way to exercise your entire body. In fact, the method has been proven to safely and noticeably sculpt the entire body in just a few weeks.

The classes contain elements of ballet, yoga and pilates - but are as tough as a spinning or bootcamp session, and your muscles will work in a very unusual way. For instance, you’re probably not going to sweat a whole lot during your Barrecore class. Instead, the method focuses on exhausting your muscles with intelligent movements that bring your muscles into a "shake". It is here that you will notice your muscles start to fatigue, and where you will improve your strength and transform your physique - so it’s important to hold the positions for as long as you can and embrace the shake.

This high intensity but low impact way of working your body (called HILIT, as opposed to HIIT) means that clients of all ages, genders, fitness levels, shapes and abilities - even clients who are injured, prenatal and postnatal can do this.

The Results

Clients rave about the quick physical transformations and long lasting effects. The first thing they tend to notice is increased general energy and strength, a perkier bum and a flatter stomach. Long-term they experience an overall improvement in well-being as well as longer, leaner muscles, and a sculpting physique even in those hard-to-reach places.
