WHAT TO DO IN TIGNES IF YOU DON'T SKI

Don't be alarmed if your family and friends want to go skiing, but it's not your cup of tea. You don't have to be a skier or snowboarder to have a great time in a ski resort.

While Tignes is a fantastic spot to go skiing, there are plenty of activities for non-skiers of all ages and preferences.

DOG SLEDDING

Dog Sledding

Man's best buddy in the Great North was not a horse, but a dog. Sleds ploughed over the snow in the frigid silence. Invigorated by the fresh air, the settlers devised a natural source of energy. When this tradition arrived in Tignes, it transformed into a beautiful trip across the icy lake. The lake is located in the centre of the resort and can be reached in a matter of minutes.

Husky, Samoyed, and Malamute dogs have incredible physical talents. They particularly enjoy running in the cold. They'll guide you through the clean, silent forest if you trust their instincts.
