The brand-new 15-Day National Parks & Legendary Rivers itinerary for 2023 has been officially announced by American Cruise Lines. The itinerary will be the largest land-cruise package in the nation and the first-ever pairing of a river cruise with the national parks of the mountain states after successful product testing this year. The cruise will operate between Jackson, Wyoming, and Portland, Oregon.
Start your journey by following Lewis and Clark's historic route. Immerse yourself in the expedition's history as you travel, take in the stunning scenery around you, and take part in engaging activities like kayaking along the Columbia River Gorge, attending an art workshop in The Dalles, and sampling the best local wines in Hood River.
Take a thrilling jet boat ride over Hells Canyon, the deepest river gorge in North America, after leaving the ship to continue the trip. Explore Glacier National Park at your own pace, taking in its glacier-carved peaks and valleys, ancient forests, and crystal-clear turquoise lakes and streams. Experience Yellowstone National Park, the world's first national park, which is home to Old Faithful, the most recognisable geyser in the world. Visit Grand Teton National Park in Jackson, Wyoming, to cap off your vacation. This park is home to incredible wildlife, lakes, and alpine scenery.

Itinerary
In every departure city across the nation, All American's Columbia & Snake and Mississippi River excursions include a Free Pre-Cruise Hotel Stay. On American ships, everything is included (all fine dining, snacks, drinks, cocktails, evening entertainment, and daily enrichment & lectures). In almost every port, there are also included shore excursions in addition to some upscale activities that cost extra.
The itinerary's National Parks segment includes a dedicated American Cruise Lines adventure guide who will accompany guests on their entire journey, lodging in hotels in convenient locations, daily transportation to the parks, park entrance fees, and fully curated experiences inside the parks. It also includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), as well as transportation from Jackson, Wyoming, to the airport at the end of the adventure.
