HÔTEL & SPA LE DOGE - A GEM IN CASABLANCA

The former private residence, presently housing "The Hotel Le Doge," was constructed in the 1930s by an Italian businessman and is situated in the centre of Casablanca. According to legend, it was a present for his Moroccan-born wife. It is tucked away in the centre of Casablanca's tranquil Art Deco neighbourhood.

Hôtel & Spa Le Doge

This hotel industry gem, which stands as a testament to the time, has undergone renovations with the intention of retaining all of its original character and maintaining its architecture and important components.

Each of the 16 rooms and suites are inspired by an artist from the Art Deco era, and its elegant period decor creates a setting of remarkable quality.

90 years after it was built, the house of love becomes the hotel Le Doge with a renovated ambiance that combines the atmosphere of the time with the elegance of individualised service and excellent comfort.

On five levels, the Hotel & Spa Le Doge's 16 guestrooms and suites are divided into Sensation, Passion, and Charm categories. The opulent retro-styled rooms have the names of famous 1920s and 1930s authors, artists, and performers, including Ernest Hemingway, Jean Cocteau, Colette, Josephine Baker, Fritz Lang, Man Ray, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Coco Chanel, and Charlie Chaplin. Rich hues including scarlet, Moroccan blue, violet, emerald green, and chocolate brown are used in the rooms. High ceilings, wood panelling, hardwood flooring, vintage furniture, colour prints, black-and-white images, and framed letters are just a few of the decorative and architectural components that give these rooms their distinct, glam flair.

The Fitzgerald room has geometric print carpets, the Cocteau room has a Baldachin canopied bed, and the Hemingway room has a Chesterfield sofa, a marble fireplace, a four-poster bed, and zebra print accent pillows. Minibars, Nespresso coffee makers, iPod docks, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels are amenities included in every room. Thick mattresses and luxurious cotton linens are the features of plush beds. There are private terraces in some rooms.

The bathrooms are spotless, roomy, well-lit, and have plenty of counter space. Each has a big soaking tub, heated towel racks, high-end bathroom amenities, and bathrobes and slippers. Showers and tubs might be found in separate bathrooms.

There are non-smoking rooms available.

Spa and Wellness

Relaxation and well-being at the doge

The area includes a rest room, an oriental Hammam room, and a massage room where they provide conventional therapies and oriental rituals.

A true moment of purification, both for the body and the spirit, the Hammam is a long-standing Moroccan custom that dates back to the beginning of time. To gently prepare your skin for the exfoliation, you will first be submerged in a hot steam bath with extracts of eucalyptus, jasmine, and many other fragrant plants. The scrub will thoroughly clean the skin using natural and conventional ingredients like black soap or ghassoul (orange blossom clay). By choosing from a variety of treatments and massages, all of which use natural argan-based products, you can extend your spa adventure.
